It started out that few gave it a chance, then it exploded and generated a shroud of mystery by traditional businesses, these traditional businesses then threw money at it to try and solve the problem, and now it is starting to sift the &quot;wheat from the tares&quot; if you will. Soon, we will see some of the less successful &quot;social media marketers&quot; start to fall away as businesses begin to demand results and hold their feet to the fire. 

Unfortunately, &quot;social media marketers&quot; are a product of the mystery that surrounds social media. Sometimes, what businesses don&#039;t understand they will foolishly throw money at to solve.
