If I had a nickel for everyone who said they were working on a book… well I could buy you lunch at least. In my case, I am actually writing one. The name of the book is “Marketing From the Navel: How to Become a Company Worth Talking About and Arm Customers To Spread the Word“. The book will detail my formula for developing the internal tools that are necessary for generating true word-of-mouth among your target market and then the model for giving your customers the ability to spread the word for you.

In meantime, I will post sections of the book below as they are completed and I would love to hear your feedback. Any suggestions or tips from you experienced (and not-so experienced) authors is also greatly appreciated. Who knows, I may even interview some of you or ask to use you as a case study in the book!
